Hi guys. I was building a unisim dynamic model using a previous model I had which was running the same process. Except this new model has an additional heat exchanger. I cloned the equipment and added it. I then ran the simulation as I usually do however I’m getting really weird results, unrealistic temperatures and oscillations. I think my heat exchanger and the new equipment I added need to be “initialized” how can I do that. Is there a video out there showing how to initialize equipment? Does Unisim offer tech support where they can get on the phone with you and work through the issue with you? I’m not very experienced with the software so I’d really like some guidance

I have not used Unisim. Check the 'help' area of the program and you should find how to contact tech support.

Hi do you know if using tech support is included with the license? Or is it an additional contract?

Most licenses for software like this include tech support. Call them and ask.
