Hello, we're a group of students woking on a school project in Aspen Plus. We're looking to modulate 2-phenylethanol extration using a organic sovent with a membrane extraction. Does anyone have advice modeling a membrane in Apsne Plus for these purposes ?

Use the Aspen SEP block and provide the answer. For a student project, this is likely the most efficient way. If you need a predictive model of how the membrane performance changes, you might try using a calculator block or a user model but I would avoid this if possible due to the complexity.
