A pleasant good day to everyone!
I just want to ask for help regarding the method of determining the size of blowdown line. i.e. bypass line of PSV with BDV valve. Right now, what I'm doing is im getting the flowrate of each blowdown line by determining the vent rate using depressuring system philosophy. But how about in cases where the blowdown valves open during cases other than fire?. Depressuring is use only for fire case right? pressure will be reduce to half of set pressure or 7 barg within 15 mins.
Hay, im quite confuse on the philosophy of blowdown line. Any help will be gladly appreciated.
