Acid Brick Linnig

Dear Friends,

in a sulfuric acid plants there are a many vessles which are protected with Acid bricks or carbon bricks if one thay for any reason ( for example after many years of operation ), it was necessary that we dismantle acid bricks from tanks or towers and destroy them,isn't there any hazards or safety procedures for disposal?. unfortunately my search between internet sites of acid brick producers, was not successful.I'll appreciate if you give me any information about this matter.
