Fire Relief For External Floating Roof Tank

We are engineering 2 crude oil tanks (Arabian light ) capacity 5000 M3 each.These 2 tanks are in a common diked area.The tank type is external floating roof. They are provided with PVRV safety device for in and out breathing.

In the event of a fire the roof may tilt and is there a criteria for proving adevice for fire case to protect the tank.

Please do not double (triple) post. This topic is best covered in the Relief Valve Forum, and I see it is already there (twice). Perhaps an admininstrator could remove this redundant posting.
