Hi..
I want to get any idea how can i do to validate a dynamic model simulation??
Even the principal thing where I must start is to get information how to build the model using a UNISIM simulator and data from a operation plant??... If somebody has any idea, comments or whatever.. I'll appreciate it...

Grab a steady-state heat and material balance for the process you're modelling (if it's not too old, look for the design documentation). Make sure that your model matches this to within, say
+5%. This will help you ensure things are modelled as they should be.
There are other aspects to consider, but this is the core of it.
Next, disturb the model (turn a valve on or off or something similar) and check that things in the model behave as you would expect the real plant. This is supposed to check that your plant is not built upside-down, or that you haven't accidently made a direct-acting controller reverse acting, or something similar.
Hope this helps,
- Steve.
