A Process recycles 40 degree celsius water that has been depleted to a dissolved oxygen level of 2.03 mg/L. The flow rate of this incoming stream is 500 gal/min. It is desired to bring this dissolved oxygen level up to 6.05 mg/L by mixing the first stream with a second stream that is saturated with dissolved oxygen at a temperature T2 and a third stream that contains no dissolved oxygen. In order to maintain the proper output temperature, the flowrates of the second and third streams have the following relationship:

F3=F2(40-T2)/60

Where the temperature T2 is in degrees celsius.

What should the values of F2 and T2 be to produce the following output flow rates?
1. 900 gal/min
2. 1100 gal/min

Any help that could be given before Midnight tonight EST would be excellent.
