I WANT TO KNOW THE BASIC ENGINEERING CALCULATIOS LIKE KETTLE SIZING, HEAT TRANSFER AREA CALCULATIONS IN BREWERY PROCESS CAN ANY ONE SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THIS? rolleyes.gif

Lights on keyboard pretty, can turn them ON and OFF. When posting message turn OFF light that says CAPS LOCK next to it. All Caps is like shouting. We not deaf, we not blind.

For breweries the unit of design is the hectoliter (in countries that use metric units at least); 100 liters. Brewery supply companies for obvious reasons use this as a standard unit too.
