Hello,

Could you help me to evaluate a vapor quantity (concentration ) above hot water at 87 0C ( in open channel).? Water flow rate is 1700 ton/hr.

At 87°C , atmospheric pressure, you would have about 61.7% volume water.

I do not know what you want to do with this information. if the purpose is to calculate water evaporation losses, you would have limitations due to mass and heat transfer.
I would estmate evaporation rate in the range of 15-30 kilos/hour per sqm of free water surface.
If the above gas phase is renewed at a high rate (implying significant gas velocities above the surface), could be more than that
