Condensate extracted from natural gas is stabilised at 8.2 barg and 205 deg.C temperature to maitain product quality of 8.0 psia RVP and H2S less than 10 ppm. But due to bottom side reboiler (BSR) problems stabiliser tower temperature profile can not maintain. Feed from the tower of 7th tray suspected floodine is one . BSR return line may vapor lock , which temperature is ~185 deg.C , enough to create vapor. Overall BSR heat load is minimum which again problem to limit the main reboiler. Suspected main reboiler also fouling. I want to know is there any on-line solution of this problems , without shutdown of the column. Anyone face the similar problems and can share the knowledge of solutions.

Thanks in advance.
