Dear all
As you know in PSV the Set Point normally is given equal to Design Pressure (of the vessel or...).For TSV installed on a piping pressurized line (such as cooling water line) shall we consider the Pipig line Design Pressure ( shut off head of pump plus suction pressure head) as Set Point?
Any valuable comment in this regard would be highly appreciated.

I just reiterate what Phil has commented many times in similar query...
Back to principle... the "TSV" infact is perform as PSV. So it set point would be same as the design pressure of the system.
