Please read this entire, 4-year old, Thread. I feel that I have supplied ALL the necessary information to allow you to process design a hot zinc application. Simply follow the instructions.

what if there is H2S in methane feed going to SMR , is it going to be poisonous to Ni catalyst? and how do you calculate the bare minimum amount of H2S before it starts attaching it self to the active sites in Ni?

You could have started your own thread.
H2S slip from the HDS is a sign the HDS is not working properly. Preferably maintain organic sulphur less than 5ppb. 1ppm will cause carbon formation within days.
The following is a nice article.
http://144.206.159.1...5324/605600.pdf
A quote from it: "H2S adsorbs strongly and dissociatively on nickel metal surfaces"
Also from the article: "half coverage occurs at 1–10 ppb H2S"
"At the same temperature (450◦C) almost complete coverage (θ > 0.9) occurs at values of PH2S/PH2 of 10−7–10−6 (0.1–1 ppm) or at H2S concentrations encountered in many catalytic processes after the gas has been processed to remove sulfur compounds."
