I wish to know if there is somebody who has worked with Performance-correction chart for effect of viscosity specifically for gasoline, fuel-oil and crude. If you have found the specific curves for these combustibles, please show me the referred chart or the link which I can access for my purpose.

Crude oil is a form of petroleum that is in a more liquid state than bitumen. It is mostly black or brown, but can also be yellow or green depending on its components. Crude oil from Sudan is black and North Sea oil is dark brown.

The man has asked us for information about hydrocarbon viscosity effects on centrifugal pumps and you are giving us a dissertation on crude oil colors. I don't think we are on the same wave length.

I would normally have sent you to the Goulds Home website page, but they are notorious for not having a user-friendly website - inspite of all the money they have invested in the site. However, Goulds continues to be following the concept of passing on all the great pump information they used to have in their famous "GPM" pump manual of years past. They have put most of the great engineering data and information found in the GPM manual into their website for access and downloading - except that it is difficult to find or locate. There, you will find a lot of viscosity correction information on centrifugal pump design, specification, and operation. In fact, if you are truly interested in learning as much as you can about centrifugal pumps, then I highly recommend that you copy and paste all the Goulds Technical information into a Word for Windows document and save it for study and reference in the future.
