hi every one:
Can someone help to find centrifugal pump specification for Amine system. like material of construction for impeller, suction and discharge sides flanges, and what else do i need to specify beside these things which i just mentioned. I search allot online and in different engineering books but i couldn't get any help. Also can some one explain me API-610 for centrifugal pumps.

You don't say how much amine (& what type) you are planning to recirculate, so the type of pump is up for grabs. I have used a lot of Goulds model 3196 for MEA and MDEA in the past. I have always used Cast Iron.

You should be concerned about the mechanical seal, the type of bearings, the size of the seal box, type of impeller, type of bearing lubrication, taper bore.

Why are you trying to get into API 610? Are you pumping THAT much amine around? Do you know anything about what API 610 involves and what it is used for? Before asking for an explanation, get a copy of API 610 and read it thoroughly. Then, come back with specific questions regarding anything in it that you don't understand.

I don't know any thing about API-610
I saw it in engineering book where it says That "API-610 is good referance for material selection" So i thought that if some one can briefly explain me. I don't have API- book with me now. we don't really need to fill pump data sheet. we only need to make standard specification data sheet for pump.
