Hi guys sorry if this is off topic. I'm looking for an Australian supplier of parts for these actuators or at least a contact number or email adress for someone english speaking who deals in these actuators. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The website is in Japanese language (maybe there is a button for switching to english langauge, but I have no clue for reading all these symbols): http://www.nakakita-s.co.jp/index.html

However, there is an english web page available in Japanese companies directory, where contact addresses are shown. I believe if you send an inquiry letter, or simply ask for a help, they should be able to provide further assistance to you:
