Hello,

Please, If anyone can assist me in finding the technical/process information about EDC/VCM plant EDC = Ethylene dichloride & VCM = Vinyl Chloride Monomer . Anyone on this forum having experience of this plant or any further contact.

Yes, I've done some design work in a EDC/VCM plant, and I would say everything upstream and downstream. What do you want to know about it?
If you want to know the basics, and you have access to PRO/II simulation program there is a case study there called VCM Plant, very useful to understand the process theory. In reality there are some differences but the basics are pretty much like there.
Usually it is a licensed process. Never heard about somebody designing an "open art" plant, or maybe in China, they are good at these kind of things.
