all dears,
I 'm going to do themal design for some exchenger with hetran .I have the physical properties at 3 point pressure but noone isn't the operating pressure(o.p.p=1.2and i have the properties at,1.27,1.6,2.1 bar ).
can the program solve this.

Is the composition of the stream(s) known? If this is the case in your application, don't worry about the properties; Hetran/B-JAC will take it straight from the component library database.

Yes. In case you are dealing with 100% liquid phase, thermal property values at 1.27bar are more than appropriate (if we are speaking about the same temperatures but different pressures). In case you have gas, apply the pressure correction but I doubt it will have dramatic effects.

All exchangers have pressure drop; if you look from that point of view, single operating pressure of an exchanger is not likely to be the case in your or any other application.
