Hi!

In your experience, which is the maximun DEG regeneration % I can obtain form procesing WellWater+DEG solution?

Customer asks for 90%.

I remember from university that maximum should be 80% or lower - salt deposition problem in reboiler (and other probl) reduces efficiencies, right?

I've got some hydrate inhibition probl: operating temp is -24°C (after JT valv/expansion/cryogenic etc), MeOH is not permitted in this project... heating before lamination (just to reduce final temp to Thyd+5°C) doesn't permit hydrocarbon dew point control (for this gas composition)...
Hysys gives positive results using 90%wt DEG, but i'm wondering: is this possible (and economically feseable)?

Thank you in advance for any comment

ps. No, i cannot use silica gel/molecular sieve plant - there's not enough space for such installation...
