Plant Process Of Zinc Oxide Powder

Dear Sir,

I am a student in Bsc. Science. We have to make project on any chemical plant.

So I have selected ZINC OXIDE POWDER making plant which is useful in making ceramics etc.

I have to make total process for making zinc oxide powder.
I have some of the question regarding this which are as follows

1) What is the process of making zinc oxide powder?
2) What type of machinery is required for making it?
3) From which Material it requires?
4) At what temperature it should be melt?
5) Where can we use it? (state all the useful area)
6) If you have any picture of plant then please send it to me?

Please provide me all guidance about zinc oxide plant, process, equipment required, and uses.
I will be very thankful to you if you are answering all my this question.

There are reference sets/'encyclopedias' that detail an array of chemical/manufacturing processes. Try your library. There, you can probably find an example of common zinc oxide production techniques. I've found many common and uncommon processes in this type of reference set. If you can't find the right set of books, ask your librarian.

Hello Manish, I suggest you find the U.S. Patents webpage. I found some information there about the process I am studing. Check that your system allow you to watch draws, becouse in my case I had to find the right machine to be able of watching the process drawings.
