Dear All
I am looking for a document or any thing which can help me to find the basic & fundamentals for gas plant depressuring through BDV,s to flare system(Blow down valves).
flare type & capacity is available,also the capacity for each units which needs to depressurized is available.
your actions are highly appreciated.

The topic of what is the "best" or indicated type of flare is an entirely different and specialized topic. That answer is in the hands of the experts who design and fabricate flares for a living. Flaring and flare design (both process and specially mechanical) is not an academic subject that is totally taught in university curricula - such as Unit Operations of Unit Processes.
