Please, i need information on LPG facilities design and its requirement.

The best reference to start with and that I would recommend is:

"API STD 2510 Design and Construction of LPG installations, 8th Edition, May 2001".

Asade,

I have to tell you that your question doesn't contain even the basic items, such are:

- Source or feed to the LPG plant
- Operating conditions (pressure on top of everything)
- Feed composition and product specs

There are plenty of technologies available to fractionate or produce LPG from various streams. From your post we cannot conclude anything, in other words. Give us little more feedback and I bet you'll get some really good answers here.
