Could any one provide a free software for calculating line size for gaseous flow like Hcl or Cl2 and for calcualting the pressure drop.

Oro,

You need to get onto the net, use a search engine and you may find hundreds of websites which offer such freeware. However, I am not sure how good each one of them would be. It would also depend upon the level of accuracy you are looking for in your estimate.
I had downloaded one such freeware from the website "www.refiningonline.com" and found it to be fairly accurate for a quick first-pass estimate of line sizes (for single phase fluids). Besides the above, the software has a steam properties calculator with it as well.
