Hi, I am designing a DCM condenser and need the specific heat for DCM in its liquid and vaour phase. I've looked through Perry's / various online sources with no luck. Does anyone have the values that I require?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have found the following data. I do not know how good it is. The source is ASPEN PLUS data base.

TEMP LIQUID VAPOR LIQUID
CP CP DHVL (enthalpy of vaporization)
CH2CL2 CH2CL2 CH2CL2

C kJ/kmol-K kJ/kmol-K kJ/kmol

0 101.72 48.88 30584.10
20 106.46 50.79 29499.70
40 111.56 52.62 28354.50
60 117.15 54.36 27138.20
80 123.43 56.02 25837.70
100 130.66 57.60 24435.00

I hope that this will help.
