My dought is how to select the capacity of flash gas compressor during Pre cooling,Unloading operation.
We have the two refrigerated storage tanks one for Propane Tank,Another one for propane tank.Propane,Butane recived from 18" pipeline for 12.5 kilometer from ship.During this operation the flash gas is generated.the generated flash gas is compresed and and stored in bullets. further any input required means plz tell me i will tell you.
Pre Cooling of pipeline from 42.5 deg.c to -35.5 deg.c
Insulation thick of pipe line 200m- PUF

Please describe clearly what it is that you need. You have not explained the existance of any problem, so you obviously have no need to solve one --- I think.
If you do have a problem, describe it - by furnishing a complete, detailed description of it and also furnishing ALL the basic data and detailed drawings that clearly and accurately show the process and the operations required.
If you don't understand the problem and don't know what basic data is important, tell us.
An accurate engineering drawing transcends any language barrier.

We are storing Propane, Butane in Double wall tank. the propane, butane tank is loaded by tankers through an 18" pipeline, 12.5 km long. The pipeline is insulated with 200mm of PUF. I WANT to CALCULATE the flash gas generated in the tanks DURING the LOADING OF the tanks. The flash gas collected from the tanks is compresed by a compressor and stored in bullets.
My question is: during the loading operation, how much flash gas is generated - and based on this I will select the boil of gas.

Your failure to communicate is not due to a language barrier, but rather an inability to put into writing what you are thinking about. For example, you say:

Do you mean that you are pumping both liquid propane and liquid butane from ships to their respective, on-shore tanks? If so, then please state it. As I recommended to you, PLEASE furnish us with a detailed engineering sketch showing all the system and what you are doing – complete with ALL the basic data --- and I MEAN ALL THE BASIC DATA.
We cannot help you if you don’t furnish a drawing with all the pressures and temperatures as well as the complete identities of the flows and equipment.
And please be specific and stop using acronyms instead of full, descriptive words. We don’t know what “200mm of PUF” means. Tell us ALL the operating procedures that lead up to a generation of flash vapors. For example, does the 12.5 km long pipeline remain filled with liquid propane and/or liquid butane when the transfer operations are not going on? Do you have an 18” pipeline for each of the two liquids (Liquid propane and liquid butane?). If you use one common pipeline, how do you make a switch in service? How often do you transfer liquids from ships to the storage tanks? How do you keep the pipeline cold while it is not being used?
There are a lot of other questions, but if you furnish what I describe above, we should have the basics for understanding what it is that you are having problems with.
