you have an exel file generated by HYSYS, right? (it is created for special version of HYSYS)

Follow below procedure:
1. You open a HYSYS file with completed run.
2. Open that exel file.
3. Select the HYSYS file from the list.
4. Creat the data list that you want to get.
5. Select the streams that you want to extract data.
6. Now you can automatically extract all data.
7. Copy the data to your format that you want.

Hope, it's useful

Dear,
There are two Excel-VBA worksheets I got from Aspen-Tech called Wrokbook Dump and HSR (Hysys Stream Reporter). Quite useful. You can download it from their support website. www.support.aspentech.com
