Mate, Super ProDesigner is just about the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever used. If you want good chemical process simulator stick to Aspen Plus or Hysys. I used to work with Super Prodesigner when working for University. I was in Delft in Netherlands on a Super Designer Pro course because University was interested how good it is in simulating Biochemical processes like Fermentation ... and I must say I was really disappointed. There was no built-in mathematical models, most of the outlet streams and molar fractions needed to be specified. By the looks of it people at Intelligen are more interested in making money rather than make something functional.
