Hi everybody

I have just started to study about Sulfuric Acid production in Canada for a freind (out of canada) who is an an expert in this field and would like to start up a Sulfuric acid plant in Canada. Although I contacted a couple of government offices to get some information about the regulations and all other essentials an investor in this field should know and consider, I received absolutely no information.

Does anybody know which canadian organization should I contact to get detailed information for a starting a Sulfuric Acid production? What will be the steps to be taken for the start up of this plant.

Hope someone could help me with this issue. Thank you.

Cheers

As far as regulations: You can start with Environment Canada and get your tires moving..Any new Sulfuric Acid production would have to get approval under the Significant New Activity notice.

Start there. As well as talking to Provincial and Municipal governments about permits, licensing etc. They will be different depending on location.
