Use transition state theory to determine the full temperature dependence of the rate constant
for a bimolecular reaction between two diatomic molecules, assuming the activated complex to
be non-linear. You may leave your answer in terms of the moments of inertia, vibrational
frequencies, etc. of the reactants and the activated complex.
