hii..every 1 ...i m a process engineer and want to design a pressure recovery turbine.....please can some one help me out with this....!!!...or some books in which i can find this design...

Seema,

'GPSA Engineering Databook' has one full section devoted to 'Prime Movers' which includes 'Turbines'. For a start, I would strongly recommend that you have a look at the GPSA book.

Additionally, there is a downloadable calculator for turbine steam consumption at:

Very useful for steam consumption calculations & from one of our very esteemed & senior members of this forum 'Katmar'.
