i was wondering if you can help me by giving me some useful data about air separation,liquefaction of it's component and the cycle simulation in hysys

1st liquefaction of air,nitrogen,oxygen,argon

2nd liquefaction of krypton,neon,xenon

I's stuck on the Plant operating procedures for and ASU plant and i'm looking for utility balances and some stuff to add to my hazop. I'm the only one doing this project and its due next month 15.. Can you help me please with relevant material. I would appreciate it greatly. I dont usually do this but i'm really stuck tbh

Dear Senior Members,

I am a chemical engineering student from Singapore, starting on a project on ASU. I am having difficulties in understanding why there is a need for two columns when all the outlet streams from the HPC are sent to the LPC. Wouldn't a single column suffice?

I would also greatly appreciate if anyone can send their HYSYS simulation files for referencing purposes too.
