Dear Members,

I am working on the project of Baseload Lng plant design using hysis and my role in the project is to carry out steady state simulation of the given process.
After going through the material balance i came to know that it has several problem i sort it out myself and try the simulation but i am facing problems in the lng exchanger design according to specification, when i try to fix it some times it shows temperature crossing problem and some time it becomes insensitive can you please advice me how can i fix this problem.

Can some body post some guide line of LNG exchanger design in hysis and if some one share his experience of the same type of process
it would be great help for me and other young engineers.

You have to match cold-side duties with hot-side duties and without violating composite T-Q curve (no temperature crosses). See attached articles:
