Dear All,

A few topics which I considered will interest you guys, regarding the above description. This method of piping alignment, which some question's that I need a professional advice, through your studies and experiences:

1. What alignment tolerances between the piping and machinery nozzles must be achieved before local heating will be used to further improved alignment?

2. What heating method is most recommended for each type of pipe material (ie. diamond heating for carbon steel and circumferencial heating for stainless steel)?

3. What is the maximum allowable temperature that the piping will be allowed to reach for each type of pipe material?

4. How will the machinery, valves, instrumentation be protected from temperature and stray current?

5. Method of scale removal and coating requirements?
