This is a very good book:
Trethewey, K.R., and Chamberlain, J., "Corrosion for Science and Engineering", 2nd Edition, (1998), Longman.
SCC is explained under Chapter 10, pp. 214-239.

Another important reference is NACE Standard MR0175 "Sulfide Stress Cracking Resistant Metallic Materials for Oilfield Equipment"
Just in case you don't already have this one.
