Hi,

Would it be possible to separate Neotame powder from Aspartame powder from each other once they have left a dryer? And if so by what method? The stream would contain 115kg of Neotame and 15kg of Aspartame and the final product would need be a purity of around 99% Neotame.

Density of Aspartame: 1.35 g/m³

Density of Neotame: 1.13 g/m³
