I have an unutilised air separation column of capacity 180m3/HR oxygen and 400m3/HR nitrogen all in gas form output.
I'm currently operating 2 ASU which have output of 400 and 300 M3/HR of nitrogen gas which I'm venting out.
MY question is can I compress my nitrogen gas and use my unutilised column to produce liquid nitrogen?

Design the proper column you need for the service. Then see if your spare equipment would be suitable. Make adjustments to the process design if needed to find out how much capacity you would lose by reusing the spare equipment. Then perform the economic analysis for a new column versus using spare column.

Sir, I'm not a designer of ASU, I'm just asking if it's possible so then I will take next measures

It sounds like you will have to pay for the answer.  I recommend you contract with a reputable engineering company/consultant to guide you.

You do not need a column to produce LIN from GAN

How come? Wouldn't the gaseous nitrogen need to be cooled to become liquid

A plate and fin heat exchanger with cooling media (may use JT valve to bring temperature down of relatively a hot stream to use  as a cooling medium for Gaseous nitrogen. Latent heat of condensation of nitrogen is much higher that specific heat)

GAN shall be cooled and/or pressurized to obtain LIN. Column does neither.

If the GAN is compressed and expanded to cool it, wouldn't it be done inside the column

No, it would not.
