I am going to presume you are a professional engineer. And as one professional engineer to another, I have to state your query - as expressed - is ridiculous and has no engineering response. My reasons for replying in this manner are:
Without a detailed, complete data sheet for the application, no one on our Forum can give you any more information than I have. I know this because I’ve worked with and on just about every compressor type known for the past 54 years.
If you furnish a complete, detailed description of your application our members will surely pitch in with their experienced help and recommendations.

Stream or steam?

actually i am using a multi stage pressure peeler for peeling potatoes, its a batch process and it has some cycles . one of this cycles i have to relieve the pressure and i would like to reused this relieved pressure by compressing it to a high pressure and recycle it back to the accumulator. i am only using steam in this process.
the inlet pressure to the peeler is 2MPa and the relieved pressure that is going to be the inlet of the compressor from the peeler is 40% of 2MPa.
the mass flow rate to the peeler also is 2171.63 kg/h
thank you for your response guys and i appreciate your help

Stream or steam?
steam

1) I hope you're speaking of gauge pressures, not absolute
2) is your steam expanded in a turbine?
3) do you purchase steam? price?
4) inlet and outlet temperatures of the steam?
5) (almost) no one compresses steam, someone recovers and recycles the condensate
good luck

Why do you have to compress steam instead of pumping up the feed water to generate high pressure steam?
