Ask one of your experienced colleagues. Or send your information to a vaporizer supplier like Chart.

Quantifying the amount of vapor required to maintain the required pressure in the tank is the 1st and key step.
You need to know the max withdrawal rate of LIN/LOX/LAR.This rate of withdrawal will lead to a drop in pressure of the tank.
To compensate or to maintain the pressure "X" amount of extra liquid (in addition to liquid load) would be required to pass through vaporizer. Then do a simple volumetric flow rate balance :
(L+x).density of Gas= x.density of liquid
Note : L= Max Liquid withdrawal rate.
Both vapor and Liquid are at saturated state at given operating pressure.
Once X is known, Inlet and outlet pie sizing can be done based on standard procedures.
Provide these data to a vaporizer suppiler as advised by Bobby.
