Properties Of A Stream With Xylose And Glucose

Hi,
I need to design a heat exchanger for heating a stream containing 65% water, 30% xylose, 5% glucose.
For that I need to know or estimate the properties of the solution at atmospheric pressure and at a temperature range of 60 to 70 ° C. (Density, viscosity, thermal conductivity, etc.)
I looked everywhere and can not find either on the Internet or in books, or software that I possess. Somebody could help me?

In searching "everywhere", did you encounter a text called The Properties of Gases and Liquids by Poling, Prausnitz, and O'Connell? This is generally considered a good review of the correlation and estimation techniques for these kind of physical and transport properties, including examples of how to use the methods and discussions of the limitations of the proposed estimation methods. My suggestion would be to get a copy of this text and review it. If you have questions about the proposed techniques, pose them here and we will do our best to help.
