What's the relation between the low concentration of amine and the regeneration time and number of plates?
Wouldn't a low amine concentration (result in/imply) a higher corrosion rate?

Please be specific. Are you aware that there are many types of "amine" solutions employed to remove CO2 and H2S?
Are you aware that amine are regarded and have been used as corrosion inhibitors?
What type of amine corrosion are you referring to?
What specific amine solution are you referring to and in what concentrations?
What do you mean by "low" amine concentration?
What do you mean by regeneration "time"?
Are you thoroughly familiar with and experienced in acid and sour gas removal amine processes - or a student?

Yes, for Questions :1, 2
I'm asking about CO2/H2S corrosion in amine units.
The amine am referring to is MDEA type. In our plant, they try to keep the amine concentration between 17 and 30% (by weight).
What if the amine concentration is < 17%?
Regeneration time of the rich amine in the regeneration columns.
I wish to gain better knowledge in amine processing. My basic knowledge comes from the book of oil field processing by Manning and Thompson that I studied in the university.
It would also be useful if you can recommend a book, simulator,..any other thoughts?
