I have a requirement from client for a piping to be of killed carbon steel. Does mentioning A106 Gr.B alone in the requisitions will take care of this requirement or should I mention "A106 Gr.B (Killed)". I read the A106 Material Specification. It mentions under process heading that the steel is Killed. Can any material specialist help me out?
