my raw material is using municipal waste to produce DME through conversion of biodegradable waste into syn-gas and comes the direct DME synthesis process which i ran into the internet..i need help on various things specially on the %conversion,%yield etc on the products as well as the material balances on each units/equipments..i will attach files on which i want to pattern my design process..

i really nid help here guys..

and also i nid ur comment on whether what i am thinking is correct..
the feed will be solid wastes then will enter a furnace with oxygen distillator unit, then i will pass the raw gas into a H2S absorption tower to remove H2S using K2CO3. then next is to remove nitrogen through a nitrogen absorption unit..then a hydrogenator (which is i am not really familiar with, kindly explain to me what is going on in a hydrogenator please..) then gas enters to the ATR and the rest of the process in the attached file comes until i produced DME..

ur answers/replies will be greatly appreciated..tnx
