So I would like to react the acids with some base to create a solid salt which would be simple enough to remove using a centrifuge. Is there any reaction I can use for this process?

I have a stream containing <0.2 wt% of each Lactic Acid, Acetic Acid, and Succinic Acid and the rest is water. I want to separate the water from the acids, but for the volume of water in the system, distillation is unreasonable for the low quantities of acid I'm trying to recover as a byproduct.

Reaction with Glycerine(Glycerol or Propane triol) may be tried;to yield esterified fats/oils.
You may have to dig out details and laboratory/pilot scale trials are to be employed.
However using Centrifuge separation may be Question Mark w.r.t. its usefulness.
