Recently discovered that In Excel 2003, the limit for nested functions is 7 when trying to build more than 7 "IF" statements. Excel 2007 & 2010 allow you to have up to 64 nested functions. Can we upload Excel 2007 / 2010 files with file extension .xlsx and .xlsm?

Yes, both of those extensions can be uploaded.

I prefer to put complex code in VBA functions than in cells. It is easier to debug.

Yes, that nested function limit has caused me no end of grief over the years (including in the spreadsheets on density and viscosity hosted in the Excel freebies on Cheresources).
The trouble is that I am loathe to upgrade MS products any more often than I have to.
Upgrading Microsoft seems to bring more problems than it solves - until they start to get a handle on the more serious bugs.
