please help me where i can find a detailed process design of catalytic conversion unit.

It seems that more specific data is needed, for "catalytic conversion unit" can be understood as any unit using catalyst (e.g. SO2 oxidation or HC catalytic cracking, desulphurization, etc). Depending on the specific process, you can find first information on wikipedia, WWW, or books, like: Petroleum refinery Engineering by Nelson, Unit processes in Organic synthesis by Groggings (title may be slightly different), The chemical process industries by Shrieve, all from McGrawHill book series on Chemical Engineering. Then more specific magazines or licensors can be consulted.
