I am looking for a spreadsheet that will give me the ID OD and S/S dimensions of a pressure vessel using flowrate, I/O pressure and temp.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you are looking for gas-liquid separator design, make sure that you select appropriate type. I'd recommend you to go through classics such are GPSA Databook and "Gas Conditioning and Processing" by J.Campbell before starting any design work.

There is one online standard available at: http://www.mop.ir/st...pr/e-pr-880.pdf

OK More specifically I am looking to calculate vessel size on a suction and Discharge scrubber for a compressor using the following criteria.

300 scfm
-1WC suction
25 psi discharge
0.62 sg (18.01 MW)
90F inlet temp
259 deg F gas discharge temp (before cooler) approx 125 deg F temp after the cooler
