I have got the stream data as
1. Liqht end (H2O, H2S,NH3,C1-C3,C4, C5, C6)
2. Two Blend like are as heavy components as below with mol fraction
BLND 1 NBP 47 :
BLND 1 NBP 62
BLND 1 NBP 87
BLND 1 NBP 112
BLND 1 NBP 137
BLND 1 NBP 156
BLND 1 NBP 168
BLND 1 NBP 177 :
BLND 2 NBP 183
BLND 2 NBP 193
BLND 2 NBP 227
BLND 2 NBP 277
BLND 2 NBP 302
BLND 2 NBP 352
BLND 2 NBP 377
BLND 2 NBP 402
BLND 2 NBP 430
I got this blend with information as NBP and Weight fraction... Now the questions are as
1. First if I need to define Hypo component as BLND 1 NBP 177, if so then how can i get boiling point and MW for this component since i have only Normal Boiling Point and Weight fraction..
2. Second if i need to generate again new assay based on weight fraction in oil manager then how should i proceed..
The importent thing is that above data is got from PRO-II extracted files i need to convert it into Hysis
Please help me out to solve the problem

2. Once when you have the Hypo components, no need to use the Oil Manager environment.
If this data was extracted from PRO/II, see if the whole assay is available e.g. TBP curve or similar. Then you can use the same set of input data and plug it into the Oil Manager.

The only thing you can do is as follows
I am assuming that you know atleast Overall blend property (SG and Mid boiling point)
You can calculate blend UOPK and assume this UOPK values for all the pseudo components.
as for all hypo component you know the Normal boiling point. (generally as per convention NBP 47 means a component having Normal boiling point of 47) and UOPK you can calculate SG for each component
Then there are several methods (API is one of them) to calculate MW using NBP and SG. calculate MW for each one.
Once you have generated NBP,SG,and MW you can define hypo component in HYSIS as well as in PROII.

as the above posts indicated, you need TBP (which you have) and % composition. simple thing to do actually, go tot oil manager, add the NBP as distillation and composition as % distilled in moles (add to 100%).
the light ends are input as well, specify % mol and match to assay

In your fisrt statememnt you tell the info about the pseudo components that you have molfraction and later you say wtfraction. As recommended by Zauberberg you can simply replicate the PRO-II input in hsysy rather using the crude cut components(NBP) in Pro-II. The extract from pro-ii has an input could it be in the form of the Mol wt, SG, and distillation (any e.e. TBP,D86,Chromatograph) so you can use the same to charecterize this stream in Hysys oil manager.
