Can anyone guide me how to design a Condensate Stabiliser column with Reboiler to achieve RVP spec ?

I know Condensate Rate and Ethane spec in the stabilised condensate ?

By design I mean how do you know that I have specified optimum number of theoritical trays OR Reboler duty OR Boilup ratio limit OR overhead Gas rates that HYSYS provides are indeed optimum.

Please guide.

There's no magic about it. Normally you would chose a tower with 18-24 trays, water draw-off provided somewhere in the upper section of the tower (e.g. tray No. 3-5 from the top), and a side reboiler somewhere in the middle of tower is an option as well for enhanced heat recovery scheme.

Common tray efficiency in condensate stabilizers range from 50-75% (source: GPSA Databook).

Dear,
Addition to Zauberberg, you can optimize the design with following factors like,
1. Column pressure
2. Column therotical trays
,and you can check the effect of these two variables on the column product specifications and utility loads i.e. condenser and the reboiler. Apart from this for an intial guess you can check the theoractical tray requirement for the desired product specifications w.r.t. various pressures.
