I am running the process using Aspen Plus, I added two components which are not present in data bank. I executed the process and results are available.
The problem is, when I try to reinitialize the process I got the following warning.
Properties estimation was completed with warnings
The following messages were issued during Input Translation:
* WARNING IN PHYSICAL PROPERTY SYSTEM
THE FOLLOWING CONVENTIONAL COMPONENTS WERE NOT IN A DATA BANK.
CHECK DATA BANK NAMES FOR SPELLING.
CID DATA BANK NAME
XYZ XYZ
ABC ABC
I used XYZ and ABC instead of compounds , please solve this problem,
Thanks,
Kota

I don't really see what the problem is. You added two components, you say they are not in the databank, and Aspen Plus warns you that they are not in the databank (so it doesn't have any thermophysical data for them), which is exactly what one would expect. Aspen is actually nice enough to give you a warning, not an error, so it does all the calculations with only partial data.
Can you restate your question, or elaborate on what XYZ and ABC actually represent? If you have components that are not in the databank, you will have to provide all data yourself, which is something you will have to come up with.
