Hi.
Me and my group are projecting a chemical factory to produce calcium chloride.
In the process we chose we have a piece of equipment called spray granulator, my colleague as done research on that equipment and found litle info on how to do the mass and energy balances.
If you have ever come upon this type of equipment, please help.

Hi,
What is the final type of Calcium chloride particles you intend to produce. Do you want to produce powders or granules and of what purity.

You may think of using a Spray dryer instead of a Spray granulator or Fluidised Spray dryer to prroduce granules.

Good Luck
