Dear all
Now a days critcal situation in pakistan is shortage of Natural GAS which is the raw material for urea Fertilizer plant add you know due to this most of the Urea manufacturer are not getting Natural Gas and units are in shut down position is there any altrnate to run the fertilizer plant considering the location of unit e.g., near city like Lahore.
2ndly your valuable suggesstions are required to secure the unit if it is to keep shut down for three to four month like
to keep catalyst safe under nitrogen pressure,
safety of Motors,turbines,heat exchangers,pumps,compressors,CW circuit,steam circuit,instrument circuit
if possible please give suggestions
